The facial menu ranges from a basic express facial and a spiced pear facial to a teen and tween facial, a luxury facial that pairs a customized treatment with massage of the scalp, arms, hands, face and upper chest, and dermaplaning, which uses a surgical scalpel to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair. The studio says dermaplaning can help with wrinkles, acne and rough skin. LED light therapy is available as an add-on.

Massage options include tension relief for the head, neck and shoulders, 60- and 90-minute Swedish or deep tissue sessions, a pregnancy massage, and hot stone sessions using heated stones held in the hands. Groupon-booked 60- and 90-minute Swedish massages with hot towels and essential oils are also offered. Body treatments include two exfoliating scrubs, one pumpkin-based and one with aromatic spices. Add-ons include essential oil aromatherapy with a choice of six oils, a collagen lip mask and a three-step lip treatment.

Appointments are booked online only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The owner does not take same-day or same-week bookings. Hours are Wednesday 8 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Text is the preferred way to reach the studio at +1 (716) 327-8358. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes carry a 50% fee of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full service price to the card on file. Deposits vary by service, for example $37.50 for the Express Facial. Refunds are not given, and gift card sales are final.
