Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page. The studio is open Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday afternoons. It is closed on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Several services take a deposit when booked. Full leg, full arm, French bikini, bikini and full face waxes also ask for a smaller deposit, and the Maintenance Bikini Wax is meant to be booked two to three weeks after a Brazilian.
Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. A deposit is forfeited for changes made with less notice, while a deposit moved with 24 hours' notice can go toward a future appointment. Clients who cancel last minute again and again may be asked to pay ahead before booking more visits, and a 40% fee applies to a no-show without appropriate notice.
