Facials run from a 30-minute mini facial to a 90-minute combined microcurrent and hydro refining treatment. Most are built around cleansing, exfoliation and a mask, with extra steps such as hand, face and shoulder massage, skin analysis and blemish removal when needed. The Oxygen Rx facial applies oxygen at optional levels and is described as suitable for all skin types. Peels are also offered, and clients are asked to call the studio for details.

Waxing is done with Berodin wax in hard or strip form. First-time waxing clients complete a waxing form, and body waxing requires hair at least a quarter inch long. Men's bikini and Brazilian waxing are not offered. Clients who use Accutane, Retin-A, alpha hydroxy or glycolic acid are asked to mention it, since these can increase sensitivity to waxing.

The studio belongs to Associated Skin Care Professionals, an organization that says its members have been checked against their state's licensing credentials and/or core training requirements. Guests need to give 24 hours' notice to cancel, and first-time visitors are asked to arrive 15 minutes ahead to fill out an intake form. Before leaving, clients are invited to book their next visit. Because the owner may be working with another client, guests are asked to phone ahead rather than walk in.

Treatments are meant to suit each individual, with the goal of leaving every guest comfortable and beautiful in their own skin, and the owner's practice includes energy healing alongside skincare.
