Clients with vulvas are welcome, including transgender and non-binary clients.

Brazilian and bikini waxes are the most requested services here. A Brazilian clears hair from the navel down to the tailbone, covering the labia and the inner buttocks, and can leave a small strip or patch at the front if wanted. Stray hairs are tweezed, and gentle ingrown hair removal is included when needed. The Brazilian Extended also covers the lower abdomen, a wider stretch toward the hips, and the outer buttocks. A classic bikini shapes the front top and sides along the panty line and the inner thighs, leaving out the labia and buttocks. Navel trail waxing is included with any Brazilian or bikini. Bikini shapes available are a basic triangle, square or rectangle; hearts and clovers are not offered.

A visit is set up for comfort. For a classic bikini, clients can keep their own underwear or use disposable underwear, which the salon provides free on request. Brazilians are done without underwear under a disposable lap drape. Sheets, drape towels, applicator sticks, removal strips and cart sheets are single use. Specialists wear latex-free nitrile gloves for every service, tools are cleaned and sterilized, and applicator sticks are never dipped twice into the wax. The salon describes its wax as high quality with minimal pain and superior results.

Hair should be at least a quarter inch long and should not be trimmed before the appointment. For body or Brazilian waxing, the salon asks for at least 21 days of growth since a shave or trim, or 28 days since a wax or sugaring, and no exfoliating within 3 days beforehand. Facial waxing needs at least 2 weeks without shaving, tweezing or similar removal. Sun tanning and spray tans should be avoided around the appointment. Waxing is not performed for clients taking Accutane, Retin-A, Renova or blood-thinning medication, or on sunburned or recently tanned skin. The salon does not recommend numbing cream.

The salon is in a garden-home style office on Hefner Road, just west of North Pennsylvania, in the same building as MCM Insurance. The entrance is on the east side of the building, with a sign in front of the door. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, though booking ahead is recommended; Vagaro shows the current menu prices, which may change without notice. Clients must be 18 or older for any service, and children are not permitted inside. The business donates a portion of its profits to Tree Sisters to plant 100 rainforest trees per month.
