Wax specialists are trained in both hard wax and soft wax. The salon uses a wax it describes as the most gentle on the market and says it is always working to raise its standard of service. Clients can name a wax preference when booking or before their appointment. Aftercare products designed for ingrown hairs are sold, and the wax specialist recommends which one to use.

The bikini menu runs from a Bikini Line trim of the sides and a little from the top, to a French Bikini that leaves hair along the labia, to a Brazilian Bikini that removes hair from the labia and between the cheeks. The Brazilian is the most common bikini service. Between the Cheeks is booked separately and is not part of the Bikini Line or French Bikini. A Hydrojelly Mask is available as an add-on.

Lightening is priced per treatment and uses a five-step, all-natural, pain-free process. Full results typically take three to five or more treatments. The salon cannot guarantee how well lightening will work, how many treatments will be needed, or that pigmentation will not return. Lightening does not cover the labia. Take-home lightening products are available for $100.

Some visit policies apply. Clients must be at least 17, or have a parent or legal guardian present. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long, and trimming before waxing is not recommended. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or the client is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving 7 or more minutes late may not be accommodated. Those taking listed acne medications or prescription creams must disclose them before booking and provide a doctor's note to be waxed. Waxing during a menstrual period requires a clean tampon inserted before service or use of a menstrual cup.

The salon uses a wax it describes as the most gentle on the market, with specialists trained in both hard and soft wax, and says it aims to keep raising its service standard.
