The studio uses an Italian-made soft cream wax. For Brazilian waxes, clients can choose to leave a patch, a landing strip or a triangle, and a triangle-shaped hydrogel soothing mask can be added.

Facials are tailored to skin type and concerns. The Classic Custom Facial includes a double cleanse, enzymatic exfoliation, face and neck massage, a treatment mask and finishing products. The Deluxe Custom Facial adds treatment options such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and light peels, chosen to suit the skin. The Hydro Glow Facial uses high-pressure fluids with exfoliants and serums, along with hydrodermabrasion and extractions. The Green Sea Peel is a more advanced treatment that requires skin prep and a prior consultation.

Brow services include brow tinting, a three-step brow lamination that shapes and sets brow hairs and includes shaping and tinting, and full brow services that can be added to a full face wax. Lash services include a lash tint and a lash lift, which is a perm for natural lashes.

The studio asks clients to plan ahead. It recommends at least two to three weeks of hair growth before waxing, and it lists pre-wax preparation such as a warm shower or bath, loose clothing and avoiding alcohol and caffeine beforehand. Clients taking certain prescription or retinoid medications, or who have recent sun exposure or chemical peels, are asked to follow the timing listed on the website and to check with their prescribing provider before waxing. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, and the studio allows a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.

The studio says it aims to make waxing as comfortable as possible and that using high-quality products and techniques helps reduce discomfort. It notes that waxing is not painless and that tolerance varies from person to person.
