Color is the core of the menu. Blonding can be done with partial or full foils, partial or full balayage, or partial or full mesh cap, and color services include custom color, fashion color, glaze, brow color, color correction, bleach retouch and a men's camo color. Several packages pair a base color with a glaze, and bleach retouch and color correction are priced per hour, starting at the listed rate.

Haircuts are booked by the current length of hair, from buzz cuts and clipper cuts through short, medium, long and extra long styles, with a separate children's cut for clients up to age 10 and an added charge for longer hair. The men's menu, under Just For Men, covers beard grooming, straight razor shaves, clipper cuts, nasal and brow waxing, and men's camo color. Texture services include straightening, perms, a Brazilian Blowout and hair extensions, which are priced after a consultation. Haircuts are not included in texture service prices.

Walk-ins are welcome. Clients are asked to arrive close to their scheduled time and check in with the receptionist, and children may not be left unattended during appointments. A reminder text goes out two mornings before an appointment, and clients can reply yes or cancel. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours ahead may be charged for the scheduled services. A Visa or Mastercard is required to reserve, and a deposit is required for credit card bookings after the second missed appointment. A blow-dry charge is added to stand-alone chemical services. The salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay. Gift certificates can be printed or emailed, and clients can build custom gift packages that may include Redken and Pureology products. A referral discount of $10 off a haircut or $20 off a color applies to both the guest and the referred guest.
