The salon says it works exclusively with professional brands it describes as high quality and durable, and it also distributes beauty products, selling them at retail and wholesale.
Membership is available. A six-month membership costs $69.99 USD and includes exclusive offers and one free manicure. An annual membership costs $129.99 USD and includes one free manicure and one free pedicure, plus 50% off when a member brings a friend and year-round member discounts. Member prices are listed alongside regular prices for each service.
The salon also runs a beginner-friendly Academy for people starting a nail career, with no prior experience required. The course has 12 classes held twice a week, on flexible schedules, and covers gel nails, regular polish, pedicure techniques, basic manicures, and acrylic nails with basic designs. Students receive a certificate on completion that counts toward professional training, and outstanding students may have the chance to join the salon's team.
