The hair menu runs from a $5 shampoo-only service up to a $225 all over color, full highlights, cut and style. Simpler options include men's cuts, children's wet cuts and shampoo, cut and blow-dry sets, bang trims and curls. Color appointments are grouped by length, with and without a cut or style, and include balayage, partial and full highlights, all over color and toner or gloss as an add-on.
Color correction is priced from a $300 minimum, billed at $100 per hour, and usually takes about three and a half hours. It is meant for fixing multiple colors, blotchy or uneven results, or a large change such as black to blonde.
Root touch-ups cover six to eight weeks of new growth and do not add color to the ends. For regrowth beyond eight weeks, the salon recommends an all over color service instead. Waxing services include chin, lip and eyebrow shaping at $12 each, and a facial wax package for $32.
The boutique accepts exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items need their tags attached and must be free of stains and smoke. Refunds are not given; instead, customers can exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Customers pay shipping fees, and the business is not responsible for damage that occurs in shipping or after purchase.
