The menu reflects a varied background: the owner has worked in traditional barbershops and in trendier hair parlours, and spent five years in cosmetics before she began doing hair. Haircuts range from bang trims and clipper cuts to short, medium and long styles, and include gender neutral options that are booked and priced by hair texture and length. Every cut comes with a shampoo, a mini head massage and a blow dry.

Color is a major part of the work. Options run from root retouches and all-over color to partial and full highlights, babylights with a root smudge, balayage, and specialty colors that can span the full rainbow. New color clients can book a complimentary consultation and bring inspiration photos. Specialty color for new clients with dark or previously colored hair begins with a consultation, and bond builders are used with every color. Specialty color is priced hourly and usually takes two to three hours.

Styling services include a shampoo and style, a blow-dried smooth or curly finish, an ammonia-free shine gloss, and updos for special occasions. Complimentary consultations are offered for updos and occasion hairstyles, and the salon will travel to venues for these when it is available on the day, for a small travel fee. Full face makeup for occasions is also available, with the salon supplying everything except foundation.

The salon sells salon-exclusive products from Authentic Beauty Concept and Eleven Australia, and offers gift cards online. Clients can book through the salon's online booking page. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
