The signature service is the 7Heaven head ritual, a Japanese head spa session of about 75 to 90 minutes. It combines scalp massage, aromatic oils and soothing treatments focused on scalp health and relaxation. A lighter option, the Sereni Shampoo spa, takes about 15 minutes and is offered only alongside a haircut, and a Stress Care Shampoo Spa is available as an optional add-on to a cut.

Color work includes single process color, roots retouch, two process color, toner and partial or full highlights. Highlights are priced at consultation. The salon does not offer bleaching. Permanent waves and the Japanese straight perm are also available. Both need a consultation first, since final pricing depends on the curl or wave pattern, or on hair length, texture and thickness. The Japanese straight perm is offered on Sundays only.
