Hair services center on natural and dimensional color and sculpted, tailored cuts. First-time color clients begin with a strand test and consultation, which includes a test strand and a written color plan sent within 48 business hours. The $30 consultation fee can be applied to a booked color service. Existing haircut clients can get a bang trim free between appointments after a haircut at the salon.

Waxing covers brows, facial areas and a combined lip and chin service, plus a brow tint and wax option. Nail options run from quick repairs and nail art to gel manicures, pedicures and full sets in gel, Plexigel, colored acrylic, ombre and pink and white.

Visits are by appointment only, with the salon open Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, closed Sunday and Monday. New clients book online at least 24 hours ahead and hold appointments with a valid credit card. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments carry a 50% fee. Clients are asked to arrive on time with clean hair and nails, since services may be shortened or rescheduled after a 10-minute grace period. Payment is due in full at the end of the visit, and Pay Over Time is available on orders of $100 or more.
