According to the salon, its stylists have trained with respected figures in the industry and keep learning through ongoing education, and they use current techniques in their work. Walk-ins are welcome when a stylist has an opening, and appointments can be made by phone, text or email.

Color is a major part of the menu. Options include single process root color, root plus ends, partial and full foil highlights, balayage starting at $250, and brow tint. Corrective color is priced after a consultation. Haircuts range from bang trims and men's clipper cuts to short, medium and long cuts, and hair texture services include blow outs, formal styling, an Olaplex treatment, a Keratriplex treatment with Awapuhi Wild Ginger and a Hair Detox treatment. Treatment prices do not include a blow out.

The boutique carries Ambre Blends oil essences, which the brand describes as made with natural, pure and organic-certified ingredients.
