Manicures and pedicures are sorted into tiers. The Basic Manicure covers shaping, cuticle care, a massage, and a finish with polish or a shiny buff. Higher tiers add scrubs, masks, hot towels, paraffin, and a hot stone massage. Pedicures range from a basic cut, shave, and sea salt exfoliation up to the Royal Pedicure, which combines a jelly soak, a milk and honey scrub, a hot oil soak, a 15-minute hot stone massage, a paraffin dip, and a hydrating mask. Callus treatment is included in the Deluxe, Signature, Luxury, and Royal pedicures but not the Basic or Specialty Hot Stone versions. Extra 5-minute and 10-minute massages can be added.

Enhanced nail care includes acrylic, gel polish, powder gel, pink and white powder, color and ombre powder, SNS, Solar pink and white, hybrid gel and polygel, Gel X, and acrylic on toes. Listed prices for fills and full sets are starting prices. Artificial nails longer than one inch from the free edge are not accepted for these services.

The salon describes its standard for cleanliness and quality as high. Metal instruments go through a hospital-grade sterilizer, tools are sterilized after every use, single-use items are thrown away after each service, and materials are never reused. Spa chairs are fitted with basin soaks and tub liners.

The setting is meant to feel calm, with soft music and a complimentary drink. Clients are asked to keep phone use and voices low, and children who are not being served should not be brought along. Cancellations need at least one hour's notice, and arriving five minutes early is requested.

Sanitation is built into each service, with metal tools run through a hospital-grade sterilizer, single-use items discarded, and materials never reused. Nail polishes and spa and skincare products are researched before they are used.
