The menu runs from dry haircuts and signature blowouts to custom foil highlighting, gloss and color refreshes, keratin smoothing, corrective color and extensions. Stylists are grouped into levels from 1 to 5, and prices rise with level. Clients can book whichever level they prefer, and promotion between levels is based on demand, time, skill, experience and education.

A typical styling or haircut visit runs about 45 to 90 minutes, while color appointments often take 3 to 5 hours. Extension pricing is an estimate and a formal quote requires a consultation. Apprentices work under the direct supervision of the owners or a mentor stylist and are priced below stylists for most services. Models pay nothing for haircut or styling services and a small fee for color.

Memberships and packages cover regular blowouts, and members receive discounts on retail products, add-on treatments and additional blowouts. Retail products are sold in the salon and can be shipped. Gift certificates are available. Bridal services include hair and makeup for the bride and her party, often at the client's location, and bridal trials are offered to brides who have reserved their wedding date.

The team keeps up with current cut and color styles and modern techniques through ongoing education. Stylist levels reflect demonstrated skill, experience and training, with higher levels priced accordingly.
