Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and changes made inside that window are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are canceled with the same 50% charge. Payment is accepted by cash or card only, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Brazilian and bikini waxes can be done during a period when a clean tampon, disc, or diva cup is worn. Male clients can only book waxes such as Brazilian, bikini, glute, or leg by specific referral; other services are open to them.

For people who want to learn, the studio offers hard wax training. Options include a Brazilian course with hands-on work and a certificate, a facial course covering the face and neck, and a one-on-one full body course with a certificate and lunch. Each course requires a deposit. Appointments before or after regular business hours carry a $50 fee, rising to $100 or more before 8 AM or after 10 PM, and are booked by text message only.
