The menu is built around color. Foil services come in mini, partial and full sizes, each covering a different area of the head, and the salon also offers glaze refreshes between lightening services, base color for grey coverage or deeper tones, all-over color, and reverse color for blondes who want to go darker while keeping dimension. Add-ons such as a tip out, a root smudge and a root retouch can be combined with most color and foil services.

Extensions are offered as a new install, which includes a haircut to blend the length, or as move-ups with one or two rows. The salon also offers a Brazilian Blowout, a smoothing service that it says reduces frizz and shortens drying time, along with women's, men's and children's haircuts and a shampoo and blowdry.

Booking and cancellation policies are set out in advance. Appointments are confirmed by text and email between 72 and 48 hours ahead. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are charged half the service price, and a $25 fee applies to a missed or last-minute consultation. Color concerns raised within 7 days of a service can receive a complimentary adjustment.
