New clients start with a one-time $50 telehealth assessment with a licensed NP, PA or MD. The assessment is valid for a full year and must be completed before any treatment. Each treatment begins with a conversation and a full-face assessment based on anatomy, and the exact quote is given at the consultation. The studio says pricing is upfront, so clients know the full cost before treatment starts. Booking requires a card on file, and a $50 deposit holds each appointment and counts toward the service. Clients can reschedule up to two times without losing the deposit. Cancelling within 48 hours or after more than two reschedules forfeits it, and a no-show carries a $100 fee.
