Billing and insurance are handled directly. The clinic does not accept insurance for its services or consultations. For covered medications such as Wegovy or Zepbound, prescriptions can be sent to a patient's commercial pharmacy, and the clinic assists with coordination and prior authorization when the formulary covers the drug. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. The men's hormone consultation fee is forfeited for a no-show or a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment and cannot be applied to future services.
