Most services are done in hard wax, which the business says is gentle on sensitive skin. Eyebrow waxing is done in soft wax instead. Eyebrow lamination is a separate brow treatment that smooths and lifts the brow hairs, takes about 75 minutes, and uses vegan, cruelty-free, plant-based products.

The menu is organized by area and clients can book a single small zone or combine several. Intimate options include a bikini wax, which covers the front including three fingers outside the bikini line, and a Brazilian wax, which adds the butt strip. Each service lists its own length, so a visit can be planned around the time available.

Booking is done online through the business's booking page, and questions can be sent through a contact form on the website. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 10-minute grace period applies to arrivals, after which a late fee is charged. No-shows are charged the full service price.
