Bajwa Aesthetics is a boutique practice with two locations, one in Fort Lauderdale and one in South Windsor. Visits are by appointment only, with hours from 9am to 7pm. Prices exclude tax and shipping, and the final cost depends on an individualized plan.

The aesthetic side of the practice covers injectables and skin treatments. Neurotoxin treatments use Botox, Dysport or Xeomin and are priced by area at $6 per unit, with uses that include forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, TMJ and gummy smile. Dermal fillers run $750 to $1,500 per area and address nasolabial lines, cheek and temple volume, lip lines, lip plumping, chin creases and facial symmetry. Other options include AQUAGOLD fine touch micro-injection at $950 per treatment, PRF EZ-Gel made from the client's own blood at $1,250 for up to three areas, and MORPHEUS8 radiofrequency microneedling at $850 per session, which is used for contouring, wrinkles, stretch marks and acne scars.

Biostimulators start at $850 with exact pricing set by treatment area. Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite option priced from $850, and Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid option, is given as a series of three sessions six weeks apart starting at $900. The practice says Sculptra results can last up to two years.

The Pure Health and Wellness side offers an adult weight loss program that pairs FDA-approved prescription medications with individualized plans and support. Semaglutide (Ozempic) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) are offered as weekly injections within these plans, and metabolic laboratory testing is required before any weight loss plan begins. Other offerings include vitamin B12, C and D intramuscular injections, usually given weekly and taking 30 minutes or less, hormone replacement therapy for men and women by cream or injection, and NAD+, glutathione and Glutatonic Booster spray.

Virtual care includes a $75 consultation and $50 prescription refills, and it treats minor illnesses such as colds, flu, sinus infections, rashes, pink eye and seasonal allergies. Virtual care does not prescribe controlled substances for acute pain.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, with qualification for up to $10,000, no hard credit check, and 0% APR promotional rates subject to eligibility. The practice also runs one-day, one-on-one training courses for licensed healthcare professionals, including a Basic Neurotoxin course at $1,700 and a Basic Dermal Fillers course at $2,000, each with a certificate on completion.
