Thyroid care here is delivered in stages over several visits. The first visit, listed at $125 as a special, includes an initial consultation and a full lab panel. A one-hour second visit, priced at $350, goes over those results and produces a treatment plan, and later follow-up visits cost $150 each. The standard panel measures thyroid-stimulating hormone, free T4, free T3, reverse T3, and two antibody tests, thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin. The practice treats hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, chronic fatigue tied to thyroid dysfunction, and atypical thyroid disorders, and it also manages Hashimoto's and Graves' disease with the goal of bringing antibody levels down. Options can include medication changes, natural thyroid hormone, T3 and T4 prescriptions, and, after individual assessment, natural desiccated thyroid. The plan may also draw on nutrition and lifestyle guidance, stress-reduction methods, and supplements backed by evidence. Adrenal fatigue is addressed when it results from untreated thyroid problems. Low dose naltrexone is prescribed when suitable. Thyroid visits are paid in cash and are not submitted to insurance, though some thyroid lab tests may be covered, and patients are welcome to ask. Complex cases, including those that might require surgery, are referred to or coordinated with other local specialists. According to the practice, its thyroid care goes further than the standard of care.
