Baha Esthetics offers full body waxing and Brazilian waxing, along with luxury body treatments. Before a waxing appointment, clients are asked to stop shaving or using hair removal creams two to three weeks ahead, so the hair has grown enough to be removed. On the day, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, longer hair should be trimmed, and the skin should be clean and free of lotions or oils. The salon suggests taking an over-the-counter pain reliever about 30 minutes before, exfoliating the day before, and skipping alcohol, smoking and caffeine beforehand.

Waxing is allowed during a period and during pregnancy. Clients may feel more sensitive at those times, and during a period a fresh tampon must be inserted to complete the service. Clients taking medication should tell the salon, and anyone with questions about their medication is directed to their doctor. For prescribed creams such as Retin-A or Differin, use is stopped seven days before the wax and resumed seven days after. The salon does not wax clients taking Accutane unless a doctor's note is provided.

Results from waxing typically last two to six weeks, and the salon recommends waxing every four to six weeks to keep results consistent. If not all unwanted hair is removed, a free touch-up is offered within five calendar days of the original service. A referral program gives 20% off any service to both the person who refers and the friend, family member or colleague they refer, once the new client books and mentions the referrer's name; the discount does not expire and applies to one visit at a time.
