Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume techniques for a fuller look. Volume sets apply several handmade fans to each natural lash for a darker, denser finish, and mega volume sets use the thinnest fibers to place up to 15 lashes on each natural lash. Extensions are made from faux mink PBT fibers, and the studio does not use real mink. The adhesive is cyanoacrylate-based and formaldehyde-free, and the site notes it is not medical grade or FDA-approved.

A first full set takes roughly 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the style, and the site gives a time range for each set: about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes for classic, 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes for hybrid, 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for volume, and 2 to 2 hours 30 minutes for mega volume. Refills are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks, and are priced by length and style. Clients moving over from another artist or studio book an initial appointment, which may be converted to a new set.

Other services include keratin lash lifts, a semi-permanent curl treatment for natural lashes done with a lifting solution on a silicone rod, and brow lamination, a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs into a chosen shape and takes about an hour. Brow lamination with waxing is listed at $145. Lash removal and bath takes about 20 to 30 minutes and costs $30, or $20 when booked with a new set. Wispy add-ons are $15 and a lower lash service is $30.
