The facial menu runs from a Korean Glass Skin Facial and an acne facial for active breakouts to microneedling with PDRN, exosomes or radiofrequency, cold plasma, HIFU, fractional laser and dermaplaning. Body treatments include a Tibetan singing bowl sound bath, a red LED and infrared body detox therapy with a facial, and Venus Legacy body contouring, which uses radiofrequency and pulsed electromagnetic fields and is suggested as a series of six to eight sessions.

A visit begins with a skin assessment that helps choose the treatments and products used. Treatments are tailored to each client's skin condition, goals and the founder's assessment, and several technologies can be combined in one session. Upgrades and add-ons are not charged extra, since the technologies are included in one agreed treatment price.

Clients are asked to arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to complete a health form and change, and therapists drape clients throughout each service. Appointments can be booked online at BadenSpa.com at least 18 hours ahead or by phone, and spa appointments are held with a credit card. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, a $50 fee applies to no-shows, and third-party vouchers must be redeemed at least 48 hours before the appointment. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may mean treatments are honored at the spa manager's discretion, and the session is shortened while full charges apply. A 20% service charge is added to each service based on its full price and goes to staff, and gratuities are accepted in cash only.
