BadBity Beauty began with its founder's love of nail art and a wish to see nails done to a higher standard. It operates from a location on Providence Road in Charlotte, and the salon describes its all-pink décor and luxury nail service as what sets it apart from most nail salons. The salon also says its service is superior, with personalized attention.

The menu is built around sets with one all-over color in a square or coffin shape, a hard-gel manicure for clients who want builder gel, and freestyle sets. Design add-ons are not included in the base price of freestyle sets. Listed prices are base prices and can change with add-ons, which are shown in the menu and booking system. Design and product add-ons can be requested on the intake form or by Instagram direct message. Soak-off service must be booked when scheduling, and the salon does not work over nail work done elsewhere, so clients arriving with another salon's nails need to book a soak-off.

Booking policies are firm. Deposits can be moved to a new appointment only if the change is made at least 48 hours ahead. Arriving 15 minutes late or missing an appointment forfeits the deposit and requires a new one, and clients without a deposit who miss an appointment owe half of the booked service to book again. Arriving 5 minutes late carries a $5 charge, plus $1 for each additional minute. No-show fees do not go toward future appointments. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $5, $10, $20 or $50 amounts or a custom amount, and can be reloaded and checked online.

The salon aims for personalized attention, and its stated goal is for every visit to leave clients feeling confident.

The décor is entirely pink.
