Bad Hair Day is run by its owner stylist, Kendall, who has worked behind the chair professionally since 2015. The business is open Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 7pm, and is closed Saturday through Monday.

Kendall works with each guest one on one, offering style advice and a look suited to the person's own style and budget. The aim is cuts and color that suit everyday life and still look good as they grow out. Kendall also aims to be able to cut every hair type and to keep the space a safe one for clients who need that.

The booking form has a note field for extra details, which clients use to request things such as a gender-affirming cut or a silent appointment. Every service includes a 15% tip, added automatically. Color corrections are quoted individually, so clients email photos and their hair goals to badhairdayx@gmail.com first. Other booking questions go to the same address.
