Pain management sessions begin with identifying where the pain comes from, checking range of movement, using passive resistance techniques, and then offering recommendations for managing the discomfort. Lymphatic drainage massage is one-on-one and aims to move lymph fluid, reduce swelling and improve range of motion. The studio says this work has been known to support immunity, relax muscles and calm the nervous system, and that it may decrease swelling caused by medical treatment or illness.
A Cryoskin Lifestyle Program membership costs $299 with no sign-up fee and no binding contract. A massage consultation is $25. Seasonal offers include Stretch and Relax at $95, Align and Recharge at $129 and Cryo n Fire at $199.
