The facial menu ranges from a short intro facial for first-time guests to custom acne and custom anti-aging treatments. It also includes a glass skin nano facial designed for guests who already keep a home skincare routine, and Hydra Dream hydrofacials offered in Mini, Basic and Lux versions. Body facials cover the back, the bum, the underarms, the belly, and the bikini area after a Brazilian wax. A gentleman's facial is also offered.
Brow and lash services include brow waxing with optional gel or pencil enhancement, brow lamination that straightens and sets brows for roughly three to four weeks with proper aftercare, and semi-permanent brow tint. Lash lifts and lash tints are also offered, and brow lamination, lash lift and lash tint can be combined into one 90-minute appointment. Clients are asked to stop active ingredients such as retinol and glycolic acid three days before that combination and five days before other brow services.
Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach and intimate areas, along with smaller spots from the lip to the toes. Makeup is offered as natural, soft or full glam, and bridal makeup and packages are available on inquiry. Monthly memberships bundle a set number of services with retail discounts, and prepaid passes cover six brow waxes, five underarm waxes or five Brazilian waxes. Deposits of $5 to $50 are taken for most bookings, and a 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.
The studio's stated focus is making each guest feel comfortable and leaving looking their best. Treatments are customized and built around named methods such as hydrofacials, extractions and light therapy.
