The menu falls into three groups: brows, lashes and waxing. Brow services include shaping and waxing, tinting, and a combined wax and tint visit, along with a brow and lip wax combination. The lash menu runs from a short patch test and deep cleansing through classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, offered as mini fills, regular fills, extended fills and full sets. Waxing is done with hard wax, which only grips hair and dead skin. A lip wax and a full face wax, covering brows, chin, lip and sideburns, are also on the menu.

Lash extension fills are matched to how many extensions remain. Mini fills suit clients who still have most of their extensions, regular fills are usually booked about every two weeks when half to three quarters remain, and extended fills are for clients with at least a quarter of their lashes left. Mega volume extensions need thick natural lashes that can carry the weight of the fans. A free 20-minute lash consultation covers the look a client wants and any past extension experience.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment incur a 50% fee, and a no-show with no communication before the scheduled time is charged 100%. Clients who get in touch about a cancellation can talk through their situation and have the fee adjusted if needed. Hours are Monday 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Friday 9:30 AM to 4 PM. The business is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
