Services are booked through the salon's GlossGenius booking site. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on weekends. Typical appointment lengths run from about 20 minutes for a French on toes service to around 2 hours for a soak-off with a full acrylic set in the XL size.

Nail art is sold in three tiers. The first tier covers French tips, accent nails, ombré, cat eye, chrome and simple dots, lines or swirls. The second adds hand-painted designs, simple character art, charms, airbrush and 3D work on up to four nails. The third covers full-hand designs, more intricate hand-painted or character work, and custom requests.

Cancellation rules are strict. Cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of an appointment, and must be made by text or direct message, since cancelling through the booking app alone is not accepted. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a no-call no-show, is charged 50% of the booked total. Incorrectly booked appointments, such as the wrong day, time or service, are also charged 50%. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $20 late fee, and arriving 20 or more minutes late cancels the appointment with a 50% charge.
