The practice has five locations: Rockville Centre, Holbrook, Commack, Bay Shore and Westhampton Beach. Services differ by location. Botox is offered at Holbrook, Rockville Centre, Commack and Bay Shore; Sculptra at Holbrook, Commack, Bay Shore and Rockville Centre; Babe Custom Facial at Commack and Holbrook; and laser hair removal at Holbrook and Commack. Rockville Centre is by appointment only on Wednesdays and Bay Shore on Tuesdays. Westhampton Beach is by appointment only, with monthly availability. Regular hours are Monday through Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm and Sunday 10am to 1pm, with late-night hours available by appointment.
Every visit starts with a personal assessment, and the team builds a treatment plan around the client's needs and concerns. A free consultation with a skin analysis is available to anyone unsure which treatment to choose, limited to two free consultations per person in any 365-day period. Clients are advised to book several weeks ahead, with a credit card or deposit held to secure the appointment. A $100 deposit is applied to the booked service. Cancelling within 72 hours forfeits that deposit and adds a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost. Financing in installments is available, and payment is accepted by credit and debit card, Apple Pay, CareCredit, Cherry and cash, with a 3% fee added to card payments. Checks are not accepted.
