Services are by appointment only, booked through an online scheduling page. Appointments are offered Wednesday through Friday evenings and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. New clients can book a 30-minute virtual consult for $20 before the first visit, and creative hairstyles require a consult first.
Guests are asked to come in with hair washed, detangled and blow dried straight, without heavy oils, grease or deep leave-in conditioners. Natural hair needs to measure at least 3 to 4 inches so extensions can hold properly.
The menu includes knotless box braids, human hair boho or goddess knotless braids, half cornrow and half individual braids, cornrow pony styles, and a Professional Parting Kickstart for medium knotless braids that covers the parting and initial braid setup. A bridal textured hair experience is offered for a party of three over eight hours.
