B.U LOCS & STYLES

B.U LOCS & STYLES operates from Suite 8 inside Hair Expressions Salon & Suites on Cornwell Drive in Yukon. Appointments are made only through the online booking site, and every service must be prepaid when booking.

The studio has a clear set of visit rules. Clients should book all the services they want at the time of booking, because a wash and retwist booked on its own is the only thing provided. Listed service times do not include drying or processing, so clients should allow up to an extra hour. Clients are asked to take down their style at least one to two weeks before their next appointment, and should arrive no more than 10 minutes early or stay more than 10 minutes after their slot. Guests are not permitted to come along, and clients who work from home are asked not to bring work to their appointment.

Cancellations made through the booking website at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee. Late cancellations, same-day reschedules and no-shows are charged the full appointment amount, and rescheduling must be done within 24 hours. Clients who arrive unwell will not be served and the visit counts as missed, so anyone feeling ill should contact the studio before the appointment. In severe weather, the studio closes if the federal government closes; otherwise appointments may be cancelled online, with updates sent by email or text by 6am. The owner reserves the right to refuse service to clients who do not follow these policies.
