Services are by appointment only. Facials run one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes and are tailored to each client: every visit includes a full skin analysis, a talk about home treatment options and a recommended regimen. Neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage and extractions, if wanted, are included with most facials. Facial prices range from a 30-minute express facial at $85 and a signature deep pore cleansing facial at $135 to hydrating, rosacea, gentlemen's and healing post-surgery facials at $135, an acne facial at $140, and a back facial with deep exfoliation at $125. Extraction sessions start at $95, and the initial skin evaluation and consultation is complimentary.

The clinical menu includes glycolic facials in five levels at $150 per session, a 40-minute express glycolic facial at $100, dermaplaning at $110 for 45 minutes, microneedling with a derma pen at $250 per session or $1,250 for a package of six, derma rolling collagen induction therapy, diamond tip and manual microdermabrasion, photo rejuvenation light therapy, a vitamin C peel and a cupping facial. Clinical facial series are offered, with pricing available on request.

Beyond skin treatments, the spa offers non-wax hair removal using the NuFree Nudesse system, which the business describes as gentle and antibacterial. Brow and lash tinting uses natural vegetable dyes, and eyelash lifts are also available. Jane Iredale mineral makeup application and lessons are offered, along with gel and natural nail services. Injectable services including tox, filler and biostimulators are offered on weekends.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday by appointment, and closed on Mondays. Parking is available on site and all major credit cards are accepted. Cancellations need at least 36 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged the base price of the services booked, unless the time slot is refilled.
