Beyond extensions, the business offers lash lifts with tint and brow lamination with tint. Clients have booked a mix of these services, from a single classic set to combined lift and brow appointments.
The studio has a few policies to know before booking. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late need to reschedule. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; without it, a deposit is required before booking again. Clients who are unhappy with their lashes, or whose lashes fall out early, should report it within 48 hours to receive a free fix or removal. Services are not refundable. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
