Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page. Hours run from late morning through the afternoon on most weekdays, with later evening hours on Thursday and Friday, and the studio is closed on Sundays.

The Pretty Kitty service pairs a full Brazilian wax with a vajacial that includes cleansing, exfoliation, a hydrating jelly mask and high frequency. The Self Care Membership bundles a full Brazilian, a vajacial and an underarm wax into a monthly price. Loyal Client Specials give repeat clients lower prices on selected services, provided they keep booking every month.

Studio policies ask clients to cancel at least 24 hours ahead. A one-time reschedule keeps the deposit on a new day, while no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are available in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are non-refundable.
