Clients book through an online scheduling page. Before booking, a consultation can be held by video call or text to work out the right service. The consultation is required for shorter hair.

Many braid and weave prices include shampoo, conditioning, blow dry and style. Some styles, such as crochet and certain braided ponytails and men's cornrows or stitch braids, do not include hair, and adding hair to those is a separate fee. Several listed styles state the number of braids or rows, such as feed-in braids by braid count and Boho bobs and Smedium knotless by row count, so the final price depends on the design chosen.

For locs, starter locs include a consultation on sizing and grid pattern, shampoo, conditioning and guidance on a loc regimen. The comb coil method is used, and a two strand method is available for an extra fee. Locs interlock starts at $165 for the first three hours, with $25 for each additional hour.

Clients are matched to a style through a consultation, which is required for shorter hair.
