A consultation is highly recommended before a first appointment, including for color or extensions. Color, extensions and textured cuts require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Shampooing before a service is not needed; clients are asked to remove hair ties, bobby pins, extensions or braids and arrive with loose, detangled hair. An additional fee applies if hair needs substantial detangling.

The salon is appointment-only and generally open Monday, Wednesday through Friday, and Saturday morning, with hours that vary by day; it is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are accepted, while cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
