Visits are booked in advance because walk-ins are not accepted. Clients contact each stylist directly using the details on the Meet Our Stylists page, or request a referral through the salon's contact page. Clients wait in a shared lobby with seating, and studio areas are reached through a secured entry.
The building also rents studios to stylists and salon owners who want to operate their own business there. Rates are all-inclusive and vary with each studio's space, size and available options.
Independent professionals work from their own fully equipped private studios, offering one-on-one appointments.
