The menu is organized into pedicures, manicures, nail enhancements, dipping powder, builder gel, Gel-X, nail removal, kids' services, eyelash extensions, facial treatments, facial waxing and body waxing. Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu, with tiers from a quick in-and-out visit up to longer spa sessions that add soaks, masks, hot stones, paraffin wax and extended massage. Manicures follow a similar pattern, with a classic option, a deluxe option, and a milk and honey treatment, each available with gel or shellac for an added charge.

Eyelash extensions are offered by appointment only, in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, as full sets or refills at two or three weeks. Refills require at least 40 percent of the extensions to remain; otherwise the visit may be charged as a full set. Facials range from a 30-minute mini facial to a 75-minute treatment that includes an advanced machine treatment, serum, premium mask and LED light therapy. The Deep Cleansing Facial, which includes LED light therapy, is the one the salon labels its most popular facial.

A complimentary drink menu is offered during visits, including iced matcha latte, ginger honey tea, Vietnamese coffee, aloe vera drink, orange juice, bottled water and soft drinks. The drink menu also lists cocktails and mocktails, wine, mimosa and champagne, with or without alcohol.

The salon's service guarantee covers gel, dip or acrylic issues reported within seven days of an appointment, repaired at no charge. Damage from impact, accidents or improper care is not covered. Services are non-refundable. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
