Everyday services cover salon cuts, color, lightening, hair care, styling and makeup. The team tailors each service to what the client needs, prefers and how they live. Products are chosen to nourish hair and skin, and the team says it keeps up with training and education to stay current on trends and techniques.

Bridal work is a major focus. Packages can cover hair, makeup or both, and include airbrush makeup, false eyelashes and lipstick for touch-ups. Bridesmaid and special occasion packages are offered too, and an optional trial session can be booked before the wedding. On the day, the stylist travels to the client's location with a team. Early start times carry a per-artist fee, from $50 for a 9am start up to $250 for 5am. The toll and parking fee per artist is yet to be determined, and travel is $2 per mile round trip from the Oakland studio.

Bridal dates are not held until a signed contract and deposit are received. Bridal services are recommended 60 to 90 minutes before the ceremony or first look. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours notice, and clients who arrive 15 minutes late may not receive all of the services originally booked. Clients should disclose their full hair history, including any bleach, color, henna, keratin, relaxer or over-processing history. If a client is unhappy with a service, they can call within 10 days for a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist. No refunds are offered on services.
