Azula was created by its founder and owner, Ana, to help hair stylists grow their own businesses while delivering high-end transformations. The salon describes itself as a full-service, premium hair salon and calls its artists artisans of custom blonding and expert extensions.

Clients have a 10-minute grace period on arrival. Clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to contact their stylist within 72 hours for adjustments, and the salon does not offer refunds.
