Some treatments need downtime or sun avoidance, so booking one to two weeks ahead is recommended. A deposit secures the appointment for new and returning clients and is deducted from the total.

Monthly memberships are a major part of the offering. Become a Member costs $149 a month and includes a choice of one of three facials each month, a full-size SPF every four months, free Botox units and members-only sales. Member 101 is also $149 a month and includes one monthly bleaching or laser session, one facial option, 10% off skincare, 15% off injectables and body packages and a birthday gift voucher. Azarella Plus is $299. Gold N' Glow is $389 and includes all-access facials (excluding PDRN), a monthly bleaching or laser session, two monthly Emsculpt or butt cupping sessions, 15% off skincare, 20% off injectables and body packages and a free facial to share with someone close.

Payment options include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit and other financing, and tailored financing is available. Personal checks are accepted for treatments only, at least seven days before the appointment, with a $30 fee for returned checks. Clients arriving late may have their appointment cancelled and be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Services are not refundable; unused treatments can be credited toward any service. Retail products may be returned within seven days for an adverse skin reaction if unopened in original packaging. Gift certificates are not refundable or transferable. Before and after photos are taken as part of treatments and kept private. Results vary by client and are not guaranteed. The business is non-smoking and is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
