Every visit begins with a detailed consultation with the client's personal artist. Clients are asked to wash their hair without conditioner before the appointment, to avoid hair treatments for two weeks before a color service, and to avoid tight hairstyles beforehand and arrive with their hair detangled. For loc and cut services, the team offers maintenance advice and care tips.
