The studio puts safety, cleanliness and skilled technique first. Its lash application is described as natural and damage-free. Extensions are chosen by measuring each client's natural lash: length can add up to 2 to 3mm, and thickness stays no heavier than the natural lash. Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 11am to 4pm. A full application typically takes 1 to 3 hours depending on the look chosen, and clients lie on their back for that stretch, so it helps to plan for it. Clients arrive without makeup, avoid caffeine beforehand and sign a consent form. Contact lens wearers should bring glasses, since contacts can't be worn during application. Phones are kept on silent. No children are permitted, and minors need a parent or legal guardian present and a signed consent form. Spa rooms hold up to two people, apart from the companion room.

Between visits, lashes are best cleansed with saline after workouts or sweating. The salon says it can't be held responsible for lash longevity after one week from an appointment. A fill or full set may be needed when less than 40% of extensions remain or when a client comes from another artist, and an extended fill or full set is advised after three weeks or when lashes are low. Cancellations or rescheduling need 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% no-show fee.
