Mobile visits take place at homes, hotels, offices, vacation rentals, events and other approved locations when provider coverage is available. Listed service areas include Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and many other Arizona communities, and Tucson is served by mobile visit only. Mobile appointments run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, while the Scottsdale clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Same-day availability depends on location, schedule, traffic and provider coverage, so it is not guaranteed. Clients can book online, by phone or by text.

Every visit starts with a review by a licensed provider of health history, medications, symptoms, allergies and goals. Each IV is reviewed before treatment, and some options need added screening or clearance. A provider may suggest a different option or urgent care instead. Care is given by licensed RNs, NPs or Medics. A standard IV infusion takes about 30 to 45 minutes, plus assessment and setup, while NAD+ infusions can take several hours, so the expected length should be confirmed before booking. Group appointments may be arranged for weddings, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, conferences, workplace groups and private events, and group discounts may be available.

New patients, and returning patients who haven't been seen in more than 12 months, pay a $20 Good Faith Exam, which stays current for one year. Each IV session carries a $9 medical review fee, but that charge is dropped once a new Good Faith Exam has been completed. Final cost varies with the package chosen, any approved add-ins and required visit fees. Mobile visits cover travel to the approved location, basic vitals and IV administration for eligible clients, and the clinic's in-office prices for the same core drips are lower than mobile rates. Payment is taken by cash, debit, credit, HSA and FSA; insurance is not accepted.

Same Day Sick Call is a telehealth service with secure video visits for eligible short-term, uncomplicated concerns. It is cash-pay, with an initial visit at $120 and follow-up visits at $60, and a prescription costs $20 per unit when the provider finds it appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed, and controlled substances are not prescribed through this service. It does not cover emergencies, severe symptoms, GLP-1 therapy, peptides, hormone management or ongoing care of complex chronic conditions. IV therapy is elective wellness support and does not replace emergency care; severe or sudden symptoms call for 911.

Each visit begins with a provider assessment, and a licensed provider confirms eligibility and may change, postpone or decline treatment when a different level of care would be safer.
