AZ Hair Free Electrolysis

The studio was started to help people who struggle with excessive or unwanted hair growth move past the time and frustration that comes with it. Electrolysis is the only method the business presents as truly permanent, and it describes the procedure as very safe.

Electrolysis works hair by hair. A sterile filament is placed into each follicle and a small, measured electric current is applied. Three methods are offered: galvanic, thermolysis, and blend, which combines the two. Each treatment uses single-use disposable probes, gloves and sterilized tweezers.

The studio is a private, comfortable room inside Studio 48 Salon Suites in Mesa. New clients start with a free 30-minute consultation, which includes a complimentary treatment of a few hairs so they can feel what the procedure is like before committing. Same-day openings may be available, and clients can text to ask. Before a session, clients are asked to let hair grow for two to three days and to drink plenty of water in the days before.

Results build over several sessions. Common reactions are slight redness, welting or mild swelling that usually fade within half an hour to several hours. The business says improvements are noticeable within weeks to several months when the recommended schedule is followed. Electrolysis can be done at almost any age, and clients 18 or younger need a parent or guardian's consent. The studio welcomes all skin types, hair types, body types and ages.
