The lash menu centers on semi-permanent extensions in light, regular and mega volume, applied with handmade Korean lashes that are checked for color, curl and length. A full set typically takes two to three hours. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the business advises against waiting more than four weeks. Lash artists can run a patch test to check for reactions to the adhesive. For a lift without extensions, a silicone-pad lift curls, lifts or straightens natural lashes in about an hour, with an optional tint, and results are described as lasting six to eight weeks. Brow lamination uses a lifting lotion to set brow hairs upward, lasts up to six weeks, and can be paired with a tint; a touch-up every six to eight weeks is suggested.

Microblading and other cosmetic tattooing are a major part of the business.
