Loc services are offered through three Loxury Zen studios: one in Windsor, whose street address is not published, and two in Farmington, both on Main Street. Visits at every location are by appointment only.

The Farmington studios each have a different set-up. Suite 421 includes an education and training room, while Suite 408 and the Windsor studio each have a private VIP room.

Alongside client services, the business runs education. It offers a Self-Retightening Class, Enerlocks Tool Training, and training through a MicroInterlocking Academy. Enerlocks classes are taught by partnering loc educators, and the Enerlocks website has a directory for finding a class nearby.

Enerlocks, the locking tool brand connected to the business, describes its tool as having changed how locticians establish, maintain and repair locs. According to Enerlocks, the tool is infused with Reiki energy and treated with 432 Hertz sound healing; these are the company's own claims. The tool comes with a gemstone bracelet and extender meant to keep it from falling out during use.

The home page also lists a Travel Tribe option, where people can join as a traveler or as a team member.

Combines in-studio loc services with hands-on education, including classes and tool training for people who want to learn loc care.

Studios include private VIP rooms, and the Farmington location at Suite 421 has a dedicated education and training room.
